The mischievous mug of mac n cheese

When you think of Mac n Cheese, without wasting a second you start thinking of all the dirty pots you’ll need to wash afterwards. Spare yourself from all that trouble by making it in a mug in the microwave.

  • ⅓cup of pasta
  • ¾ cup of cold water
  • Black pepper and salt
  • 3 tablespoons of milk
  • A pinch of corn flour
  • 5 tablespoons of grated cheddar cheese

  1. In a large mug, add the cold water and macaroni and place it in a microwave.
  2. Wait for it to cook and soften. Normally it’s fully cooked in 3 to 4 minutes in a 1200 watt microwave.
  3. Discard the remaining water in the mug.
  4. Top the macaroni with grated cheese, milk and corn flour and give it a go for a minute in the microwave.
  5. Take it out, sprinkle some pepper and salt and you have an amazing smelling meal.
